Born and raised in Tirupati, Dr. Kamisetty Nagendra Kumar comes from a proud Telugu-speaking family and has always been driven by curiosity, discipline, and a passion for excellence. A sports enthusiast and avid quiz lover during his school days, he completed his education from KG to PG entirely in Tirupati, building a strong academic and personal foundation.
Dr. Kumar was awarded the prestigious Japanese Government Scholarship to pursue his Ph.D. at Kyoto University, Japan, where his pioneering research in DNA Microarrays earned him a doctorate and several acclaimed scientific publications. His career as a scientist spanned globally recognized institutions, including Kyoto University, Japan, and Nanyang Technological University, Singapore, where he contributed to cutting-edge research for over six years.
